Frequently asked questions about our measurement approach. Articles and technical guides will be published progressively, once reviewed and validated.
Frequently asked questions
- What's the difference between a sensor measurement and laboratory analysis?
- A sensor measurement is indicative: it gives a trend and an order of magnitude, documented with its limits. Laboratory analysis is an accredited result obtained under a standardized method. We always distinguish the two, and refer to a partner laboratory when analysis is required.
- Where do you operate?
- Primarily in Cameroon, with an ambition to extend across Central Africa and possible international collaborations depending on the project.
- How long does it take to get a response to a request?
- Every request is reviewed individually; we don't commit to a guaranteed timeline before understanding the need.
- Who has access to the data measured on my site?
- Measured data belongs to the client. Access, sharing, and retention terms are defined per engagement.
